She'd done more by 28 than most do in a lifetime

She'd done more by 28 than most do in a lifetime.

But couldn't name a single win.

I asked her to list her accomplishments.

She broke down instead.

Harvard degree? No.

$150k/yr? Not yet.

"I feel like a failure."

The gap between where she was and where she "should" be erased everything she'd already accomplished.

The thing is...this woman is INCREDIBLE!!!

-First from her family to go to university.

-Got into Columbia & LSE for her Masters.

-Chose UBC on scholarship to avoid debt.

-Sent money home to India while building a career in a new country.

Most people would call that WILDLY successful.

Her actual problem?

She couldn't appreciate herself.

First thing we did together?

We mapped every single win.

She's starting to see what she's already built.

The work isn't finished, but something shifted.

And now she's pursuing work she actually wants.

Not to prove she's enough.

But because she's learning she already is.
