One of my clients just got a job offer that's more than $500k USD above her current salary!! AND she might not even take it!

Honestly? I'm still just riding the high of seeing that offer come through.

Coaching is weird sometimes. You don't do the work or own the story. It's not really about you at all!

But somehow the joy feels just as real.

Not because it's 'yours' - but because you got to walk alongside someone while THEY earned it.

What a way to start the weekend :)
